Beef chunks, fried over high heat in a garlic butter, come out incredibly tasty. You’ll need no more than 10-15 minutes to cook it. Serve garlic butter beef with veggies, mashed potato or rice.
✅ Ingredients:
• beef tenderloin – 21 oz / 600 g
• garlic – 4 cloves
• vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
• butter – 2 oz / 50 g
• ground black pepper – ½ tsp
• fresh parsley – 2 sprigs
• salt – ½ tsp

• pan Ø12 in / 30 cm
• carving board
Preparation:
1. Cut the beef into dices and mince the garlic.
2. Heat a pan over high heat and add the vegetable oil, add the meat and fry on all sides for 4-5 minutes until golden crust.
3. Add the butter, garlic, salt and black pepper, stir and fry for 1-2 minutes.
4. Switch the heat off and sprinkle the beef with the chopped parsley.
5. Serve the beef fried in the garlic butter with veggies, potato puree or rice.
❗️Advices:
1. For this recipe it is better to take beef tenderloin, thick or thin rib. It is necessary to cut meat into small pieces to have it fried fast.
2. Fry meat over high heat so that is being fried not simmered.
3. If you do not have a big pan, fry by smaller parts, then join and add butter and garlic
