North India is reeling under extreme cold conditions. Dense fog conditions in Delhi and other places in North India have brought visibility down to a minimum. On January 9, at least 29 trains and 100 domestic flights were delayed. On Monday morning, visibility in Delhi was down to 200 metres, reported NDTV. On January 9 morning, the weather department tweeted a satellite image of the fog cover that extended from Punjab and adjoining northwest Rajasthan to Bihar across Haryana, Chandigarh & Delhi and Uttar Pradesh.
