Iconic actor/musician Corey Feldman stopped by the LifeMinute Studios today. He's in New York this week to participate in Jordan Peele's film series "The Lost Rider: A Chronicle of Hollywood Sacrifice" presented by Film at Lincoln Center. The acclaimed director of the films Get Out , Us , and NOPE , Peele, has personally curated four classic films starring Feldman, that personally touched his heart, and serve as a rally to address the moral implications of image taking and child stardom. Corey Feldman, a longtime advocate of protecting children in the industry, says he's honored to have four of his films ( Stand by Me , Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter , Dream A Little Dream , and The Birthday ) selected as part of this important series; in particular; The Birthday, which he considers his most important work. The film was released in Spain and Germany, where it received multiple awards in 2006 including Best Horror Screenplay and Best Art Direction. Feldman also won the Best Actor award for his performance, at the Luxembourg Film Festival the same year, however the film was never released in the U.S. Thanks to Jordan Peele fans can finally get to see it and meet the iconic actor afterwards where he'll be doing a Q&A. Two screenings of the Birthday will take place at Lincoln Center Friday, January 13 at 6:30 pm and 9:15 pm. For tickets filmlinc.org .
