Five apprentices served a sumptuous three course meal at The Kennels at Goodwood near Chichester. Gary Shipton Editor of Sussex World met them on the evening. The apprentices were: Hayden Diltoer, 22, Sion Gillespie, 20, Sam Spooner, 19, Josh Bolton, 18, Brandon Burley, 18.
