Young chef Diana Kysheniuk, 15, who moved from Ukraine to Lancashire in September and is a pupil at Ormskirk High School, is one of the finalists in the national final of Springboard Future Chef 2023 competition. Chef James Holden of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts is mentoring Diana and is impressed with her talents.
