Four men have been arrested following disorder at the Arcadian. A group of men were caught on CCTV passing around a bag with a suspected imitation firearm at around 3:15am on Sunday before running and discarding the bag when officers approached.

The number of bus journeys undertaken in the West Midlands has fallen by 40% over the last decade, new figures show. The government introduced the £2 bus cap to encourage bus use, extending the scheme by three months until the end of June this year.

One of Britain's oldest public swimming pools - situated on Moseley Road in Balsall Heath - is set to reopen it's doors this week. The Grade-II star listed Edwardian pool is popular with the community, but closed due to a fault with the heating system. Volunteers have been working hard to get the baths 'spick and span'.
