Spears taken by Captain James Cook in 1770 to be returned

When James Cook landed in Kamay, Botany Bay, in 1770, his journals described him taking 40 spears from the beach. Scholars say they were the earliest artefacts collected by Europeans from anywhere in Australia. Now, four spears are set to be returned to country from Trinity College in Cambridge.
