Hanalynn (H): Deon, thanks for coming in, been really busy, and I just want to get the simple reviews done first
Deon (D): Okay, sounds good
H: So for the most part, you’ve been going very much above and beyond, and everyone is happy that you do so much to help them out
D: Yeah, you bet
H: But I’m getting a concern or two that you have been a bit uncommunicative, I hope there’s been no workflow breakdown
D: Ah, I’m just a little quiet is all
H: Yeah, well, what is going on? I’ve been hearing this for a while now
D: Everything’s good, it’s gonna be good
H: Really?
D: Yes, I know who’s been in your ear about all this. Why don’t you try working with it? Put yourself in my shoes
H: Look, I know what it’s like to be in a tough spot. One time, when I was ten years old, my parents left me and my dog Maxy home alone for two weeks
D: Sounds like it could have been a good character-building opportunity
H: I was ten years old!
D: All I’m saying is I’m cool with everything except that thing, just ask the guys, they won’t be quick to admit it but they know where I’m coming from
H: The guys? I bet they’re just ‘your boys,’ aren’t they? Well, who’s the boss, here? Ya know, I could bury your boys just like that… bury your boys in my mouth
D: What?
H: I know things have been hard lately… Are you hard?
D: What is going on here?
H: Did I mention I like black men?
D: Black men? You like black men?
H: Oh yeah, pitch black
D: Hanalynn, I’m not going there, no way
H: Fine, I guess I’ll have to stick with pie, pie is my guy
D: Great, good luck with that
