Many parts of Delhi received heavy rainfall on March 20. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) said it was the highest 24-hour rainfall for March in the past three years. Delhi also received rainfall and hailstorm on March 18. Rainfall on March 19 rain led to waterlogging and traffic jams in many parts of the city.
