Chaitra Navratri 2023: चैत्र नवरात्रि में शारीरिक संबंध न बनाने का वैज्ञानिक कारण, नवरात्र को नौ दिनों का हिंदू धर्म में बहुत महत्व है। ऐसी मान्यता है कि इन दिनों में आध्यात्मिक ऊर्जा का विकास करना सहज होता है। इसकी वजह यह मानी जाती है कि माता आदि शक्ति इन 9 दिनों में अपने नौ रूपों के साथ धरती पर निवास करती हैं। इसलिए आदिकाल से ये 9 दिन शक्ति उपासना के दिन माने जाते हैं। साधु संतों से लेकर देवी-देवता और सामान्य मनुष्य भी माता की आराधना करते हैं।
