: "I was on spring break with my daughter, and we were having lunch in the condo resort we were staying at on March 9 at approximately 12:30 CST when I looked up and saw the sky churning. I knew it was a funnel cloud and then quickly grabbed my phone to video the waterspout forming and ended."
