It's World Meteorological Day and this year's theme is, 'The future of weather, climate and water across generations'. The Caribbean Meteorological Organization is forecasting increasingly more intense drought and flooding events across the Caribbean. Meantime the T&T Met Office is warning of hotter than average temperatures for this country. Rynessa Cutting reports.
