मानहानि केस (Defamation Case) में सूरत सेशन कोर्ट (Surat Sessions Court) ने इसकी अगली सुनवाई की तारीख 13 अप्रैल को दी है. इसी तरह का एक मामला 2019 के लोकसभा चुनाव (Loksabha Election 2019) में भी उठा था. जिसको लेकर बीजेपी (BJP) ने चुनाव आयोग (Election Commission) से राहुल गांधी (Rahul Gandhi) की शिकायत भी की थी. लेकिन उस वक्त चुनाव आयोग ने इस पर कोई भी एक्शन नहीं लिया था. जो कि कई सवाल खड़े कर रहा है.
