A Queensland emergency department doctor has revealed shocking allegations of neglect in the state's only spinal injuries unit, at the Princess Alexandra Hospital. Doctor Dinesh Palipana, who was the 2021 Queenslander of the Year says some patients were degraded and forced to lie in their own and other people's faeces.
