Lawmakers on both sides of the aisle have reintroduced a bill that would help develop a framework for legalization of marijuana for adults on a federal level.  The PREPARE Act was reintroduced to the House of Representatives by Ohio Republican congressman Dave Joyce and New York Democratic congressman and house minority leader Hakeem Jefffries, last week.  It was first introduced by Colorado Senator John Hickenlooper late last year.
