Clean & Jerks at the Seacoast Open did NOT go so well, but considering l got more weight overhead than l have in YEARS....I'm quite happy! 100kg/200lb, 106kg/233lb & 111kg/244lb. Only made the opener, which is fine. I know what l need to do to fix my Jerk for the November meet. 51 years old and absolutely BLESSED to be able to do this!
