On Campus Park Drive in Southwest Bakersfield, 66-year-old Gayla Sue Price was driving home from the grocery store in her Honda Civic. Coming from the opposite direction, Kerim Reyab's Dodge Charger hit Price's car nearly head-on, leaving her dead at the scene. Court documents show the driver of the car that hit her was street racing and had just taken a hit of a cannabis concentrate. 23ABC's Dominique LaVigne spoke with the lawyer representing Price's family about what they feel would be proper justice.
