BCA chief says government delivered 'solid budget' but opportunities were missed

The Business Council believes the budget is solid but argues some opportunities have been missed. The council's CEO Jennifer Westacott says the return to surplus this financial year is welcome but says the budget doesn't go far enough in boosting productivity or in tackling the structural deficit.
