Another destructive riot at WA's Banksia Hill Juvenille Detention Centre has ended after a 14-hour standoff left the facility trashed and burnt. Premier Mark McGowan says 'tough love' measures are being considered as there's no excuse for the violent behaviour which he likened to terrorism.
