The ACT's top prosecutor has backed down on his claims there was political interference in the prosecution of former Liberal staffer Bruce Lehrmann over the alleged rape of Brittany Higgins. Mr Lehrmann maintains his innocence and there are no findings against him after his trial was abandoned.
