Eagle killing baby chick - Emu Lakes area, Western Australia
This is one of those native eagles iin WA preying on a baby chick (or a young chick that has just learnt to fly)
The eagle held onto its prey for a long time while the chick squeals and struggle, but couldn't get away.
Sadly, we couldn't save the chick as the eagle flew away with its prey.
