I want to share with you a new video of the restoration of a very beautiful and rare gasoline lighter, probably from World War II. I don't have much information on this antique lighter, but it is said to be a US Army award lighter. US soldiers and officers were awarded medals and orders for their exploits and this lighter was added as a memento. Presumably a limited batch made to order by jewelers. This lighter is very unique and miniature. I have never seen such a small and delicate lighter. The lighter is made of brass, steel, and a black material unknown to me (a round black insert) that looks like plastic. This antique lighter came to me in very bad condition. I decided to restore it and give it a new life. I hope you will like the result of the restoration. If you know more information about this rare find, then write in the comments. I will be very interested to know more information.
