WA Premier responds after boy allegedly fires gunshots into school

Premier Mark McGowan says it was lucky no one was killed after a 15-year-old boy allegedly fired gunshots at a school in Perth. The boy was arrested at the scene and remains in police custody as detectives try to piece together what happened.
