A baby deer was reunited with its mother after it was rescued from a storm drain in a suburb.
Homeowners in Baltimore, Maryland, said they spotted a distressed adult deer circling a storm drain, and found the fawn trapped inside.
After prying open the grate over the drain, one firefighter climbed down and emerged with the baby deer in his arms, on Tuesday (30).
A video shows the mother deer waiting nearby on the grass nearby, and then run towards the firefighter when it spots the baby.
