The Philippines, a country made of thousands of islands, needs to refocus on more maritime solutions, says ‘FastCat’, a ferry service provider. Mary Ann Ibuna Pastrana, chairman of Archipelago Philippine Ferries Corporation (APFC) says that inter-island travel needs the support of the national and local government units as well as the riding public.
