Machang MP Wan Ahmad Fayhsal Wan Ahmad Kamal has filed a motion to refer Jelutong MP RSN Rayer to the Dewan Rakyat’s Rights and Privileges Committee for his purported remarks on former prime ministers Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad and Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin on June 6.
