Health: Daytime napping could keep your brain bigger for longer

According to University College London researchers, a study showed that the brains of daytime nappers were 15 cubic centimetres larger than those who didn’t nap. This is the equivalent of delaying brain ageing by between three and six years. However, the same scientists did recommend keeping naps to less than half an hour, if possible.
