China dismisses IAEA report on Fukushima water discharge

China's Foreign Ministry dismisses the report by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) regarding Japan's intention to release treated water from the Fukushima nuclear plant into the ocean. China emphasized that the report should not serve ‘as a pass’ for Japan's actions, and urges Japan to ‘respect science and facts.'
