First Minister Mark Drakeford has been in Wrexham University taking questions and scrutiny from Senedd Members all about problems in North Wales. One particular issue which has plagued people up north for all too long is of course the Betsi Cadwaladar health board, which has been in special measures longer than most in Wales.
