Three men have been arrested for allegedly bludgeoning a dog to death after it was run over by a motorcycle in Penang on Sunday (July 9).

Penang police chief Datuk Khaw Kok Chin said the men aged between 40 and 53 have remanded till Wednesday for investigation.
