The Queen received three cheers at the end of a visit to the Oasis Centre in St. Columb, Cornwall, which supports isolated and vulnerable people in the region. Camilla met with a group of elderly residents who were taking part in an art class and mothers with young children. The Queen joked while cutting a cake that she cut a figure’s arm off, only for the host to joke “at least you didn’t cut her head off”, which drew laughter from the audience. Report by Blairm.
