2 tbsp Green Capsicum (diced)
2 tbsp Carrot (diced)
2 tbsp Paneer (cubes)
Salt (as required)
1 cup Whipped Curd
2 cups Basmati Rice (soaked)
3 cups Water
1 tbsp Ghee
Coriander Leaves & Green Chilli (for garnish)
