More than a month after a 35-year-old Barrackpore man died from injuries sustained in an explosion at the NiQuan Energy Plant in Pointe a Pierre, relatives were able to hold his funeral.

The victim, Allanlane Ramkissoon’s body remained in Columbia where he was airlifted to for treatment following the incident and was only returned to Trinidad over the weekend.
