CNN reports that millions of people from the Midwest to
the Northeast are facing scorching temperatures amid
the world’s hottest month in over 100,000 years. .
In Arizona, the number of deaths from
heat-related complications is on the rise.
In Maricopa County, 25 heat-associated deaths
have already been reported in 2023, with
dozens of other deaths still under investigation.
