This is an example of part of a fast therapy session to remove the anxiety from a thought.

The client presented with grief & anxiety keeping them stuck in life, continuing 2 years after an unexpected divorce from a long-term marriage.

The quick result of the 30-minute session was the client did now not feel anxious from the thought of him and the client has reported that the calm feeling has continued.
