Sure! Here's a recipe for Fresh Green Chili and Cooked Chicken Soup from your homeland:

Ingredients:

500g boneless chicken, diced
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 large onion, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 fresh green chilies, thinly sliced (adjust to your spice preference)
1-inch piece of ginger, grated
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (optional, adjust to your spice preference)
4 cups chicken broth or water
1 cup coconut milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish
Lime wedges for serving
Cooked rice or bread for serving
Instructions:

In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the cooking oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and cook until they become translucent, about 2-3 minutes.

Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger. Cook for another minute until the aroma is released.

Add the diced chicken to the pot and cook until it turns white on all sides, about 5-6 minutes.

Now, add the chopped tomatoes, green chilies, ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric powder, and red chili powder (if using). Stir well to coat the chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Pour in the chicken broth or water and bring the soup to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.

Once the chicken is cooked, pour in the coconut milk and stir to combine. Simmer for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

Taste the soup and add salt and pepper according to your taste preference.

Serve the Fresh Green Chili and Cooked Chicken Soup hot in individual bowls. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and serve with lime wedges on the side. It goes well with cooked rice or bread.

Enjoy your delicious Fresh Green Chili and Cooked Chicken Soup!
