1 dead, 100 rescued in third Philippine ferry accident this week

A ferry named King Sto. Nino 7 carrying 98 people struck floating debris, took on water, and caused a scramble for safety off the coast of Corcuera in Romblon province, central Philippines. One female passenger suffered a heart attack and passed away. It was the third ferry accident in the country within a week.
