Mohammed Siraj admirably shouldered India's fast bowling responsibilities in the recently-concluded tour of Australia. From injuries to personal bereavement, the Indian cricket team faced several odds but 26-year-old Siraj, who lost his father during the tour Down Under, led an experienced bowling attack to pick 13 wickets from three Test matches. Mohammed Siraj took six wickets in the Gabba Test in Brisbane. India consigned Australia to their first Test defeat in Australia to retain the Border-Gavaskar Trophy after a horror start in the first Test at Adelaide. India won the four-Test series 2-1 and Hyderabad lad Siraj, who plays for Royal Challengers Bangalore in the IPL, was one of the heroes of the victory. (Video courtesy: BCCI)
