India, Eurasia and Africa, Mahatma Gandhi instilled the pillar of unity. Excellencies, in the last 2 years, the BRICS have undertaken a long and excellent journey. Our New Development Bank is playing a major role in the development of the Global South. With the help of Contingency Reserve Arrangements, we are able to establish the Financial Safety Net. BRICS Satellite Constellation, Vaccine R&D sector, recognition of pharma manufacturing are the things that are bringing positive impact on the BRICS nation. Youth Summit, BRICS Games, Think Tank Council are the initiatives that we are using to initiate people to people ties. To give a new direction to BRICS Research Agenda, India has put forth some suggestions like Railway Research Network, close collaboration between MSMEs, online BRICS Database, Start-up Forum. I’m happy that there have been great developments to these initiatives. Excellencies, to enhance our close collaboration, I would like to put forth some suggestions. 1st is collaboration in the space sector. We are already working on BRICS Satellite Constellation. To take one step further, we can focus on establishing BRICS Space Consortium. My 2nd suggestion is collaboration in the field in education, skill development and technology. To make BRICS, a future ready organization, we will need to make our societies future ready. Platforms like DIKSHA, Atal Tinkering Labs, Bhashini, CoWin, India Stack etc can be easily introduced in any part of the world. We are more than happy to share these platforms to our BRICS partners. My next suggestion is, to recognize each other’s strong points, we can do it via Steel Mapping. My next suggestion is on Big Cats. Within the BRICS nations, a large number of species of Big Cats are found. We can ensure their protection via International Big Cat Alliance. My next suggestion is in the field of ‘Traditional Medicine’. We should create a repository of Traditional Medicine. In the leadership of South Africa, the Global South is represented in BRICS. India, in her G20 Presidency has given Global South its utmost priority. We are trying to move ahead with the sole moto of ‘One Earth, One Family, One Future’. Organized this year in January, ‘Voice of Global South Summit’, 125 countries participated in it. We have proposed to give permanent membership of the African Union in G20. I believe that all the BRICS member support this proposal. In 2016, in India’s presidency, we introduced to the BRICS, Building Responsive Inclusive and Collective Solution.
