Sitting in his New York apartment overlooking the city, Mateo said: "I like it when men are just interested in your physical look. There are so many, like, average-looking people here. Like, we need some creatives in the world." Mateo's current goal is to make his lips so big that "it takes over my face". "I've had so much lip filler at this point that doctors refuse to touch my lips," he added. "Oh my God, I'm like dying right now to get some more lip filler right now. Like, that's the only thing." On social media, Mateo has been accused of having a sugar daddy to afford his glamorous lifestyle - but Mateo has denied such claims. "I'm going to pull a whole Kim Kardashian on you guys. If you guys want anything like this, get your a** up and go to work. Like, stop thinking everything's going to be handed to you in life."
