Foxconn billionaire Gou announces bid to be Taiwan's leader

Billionaire founder Terry Gou of Foxconn declares his bid to be Taiwan's next leader as an independent. Gou, who has longstanding aspirations to head the self-ruled island, had previously pursued the nomination of the main opposition party Kuomintang this year.
