South Korea launched the new Drone Operations Command, Friday, the first ever joint combat command involving all branches of the armed forces - army, navy, air force, and marine corps. The command was established to develop various strategic and operational missions and drone combat in efforts to respond to North Korea’s evolving military threats including the use of unmanned air vehicles.
