Putin open to reviving grain deal, but pursues separate initiative

President Vladimir Putin is open to reviving the Black Sea grain deal if Russia's conditions, such as lifting sanctions, are met. But both Putin and Turkey's Recep Tayyip Erdogan also intend to deliver grain to African countries through a separate initiative. These statements were made during a press conference after their talks about the Black Sea grain deal.
