The parents of a terminally-ill five-year-old boy are pleading for help saying they're facing bureaucratic battles to access the support their child needs. Spencer Barton was diagnosed in July with a highly aggressive tumour. Now the South Australian family has been left frustrated, with the state and federal governments squabbling over who should fund the therapy and equipment the young boy needs.
