HS2 rail line going through the heart of England has cost billions, and its future has recently been put into doubt. There is talk of cancelling the northernmost part of the line and has already been watered down massively. Although the project runs entirely through England between English cities, it’s been seen as an England and Wales project, and with its massive failures, the First Minister is not happy.
