A suspected Islamic State (ISIS) terrorist and two other terror suspects were arrested by the Delhi Police Special Cell on Monday. The ISIS terrorist, Mohammad Shahnawaz alias Shafi Ujjama, was on the most wanted list of the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and had a bounty of Rs 3 lakh on his head.
