The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said typhoon Jenny (international name: Koinu) has maintained its strength while traversing the sea east of extreme Northern Luzon on Tuesday morning, Oct. 3.
PAGASA in its 5 a.m. bulletin said Jenny still has maximum sustained winds of 165 kilometers per hour (kph) near the center and gusts of up to 205 kph.
