On the occasion of World Animal Day, Congress MP Rahul Gandhi introduced the world to the newest addition to their family, a puppy. The puppy, Noorie, was adopted as a present for his mother, Sonia Gandhi. Noorie, a Jack Russell Terrier was adopted from a family in Goa.
