Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have agreed to settle their divorce in private.
On Wednesday, the Jonas Brothers member filed to dismiss his petition for dissolution in Miami after he and the “Game of Thrones” alum attended mediation for four days and came to a temporary agreement regarding child custody.
The court documents, obtained by Page Six, state the estranged couple reached “various agreements” and plan to “pursue an amicable resolution of all issues.”
Earlier this week, Jonas and Turner decided to split custody of 3-year-old Willa and 1-year-old Delphine, with each parent having the children for about two weeks at a time.
The pair will hand off custody to each other through Jan. 7, 2024, giving the kids the opportunity to spend Thanksgiving with their father and Christmas with their mother.
“After a productive and successful mediation, we have agreed that the children will spend time equally in loving homes in both the US and the UK,” the duo said in a statement to Page Six Tuesday.
“We look forward to being great co-parents.”
The next day, the “Devotion” actor shared a cryptic message about “doing the right thing.”
In the snap posted to Instagram, Jonas was seen glancing at an inspirational message written on the mirror that read, “I am at the right place, at the right time, doing the right thing.”
Jonas, 34, filed for divorce from Turner, 27, last month in Miami court after four years of marriage. Instead of responding to her estranged husband’s request, she countersued him for the “immediate return” of their daughters to England and created her own divorce petition in the UK.
