My Big Fat Greek Project was created under the instruction of Henry Yu by an ambitious team of History 483 (Asian Migration) students consisting of Adrian Vonarx, Matthew Horne, Camille Nerman, Adam Fine, and Ian Jacobs. The primary focus of the restaurant project is to create a group, select a migrant run restaurant in Vancouver, and coordinate a way with which to examine the restaurant from multiple perspectives.
